Recruitment – Wage Payroll Rev. 7/17/17 Completes Wage “Request to Post” Form and submit to Recruitment Reviews applicant pool, selects candidates and schedule/conduct interviews (if necessary) Completes and submits “Initiate Hire” form to HR Data & Onboarding Makes verbal offer contingent upon background checks Departmental Contact/ Hiring Manager Recruitment Specialist (RS) posts position in EJMS as “Until Filled” unless given other instructions. RS sends email with posting confirmation and provides access to candidate pool RS monitors candidate pool and performs sourcing activities (external advertising, job fairs, etc.) as needed Recruiting Associate closes out in EJMS and processes hiring action(s) in IBIS Part-time Recruiting & Sourcing Initiates background check; generates PSU ID; sends welcome email to candidate and completes onboarding. Notifies Supervisor (copy RS and RA) of allowed start date HR Data & On-Boarding Recruitment – Wage Payroll Rev. 7/17/17
