What we choose to eat can influence our health-for better or worse What we choose to eat can influence our health-for better or worse. Even the course of infectious diseases which doesn’t seem to have anything to do with food can be affected by how well-fed people are. Introduction

Do these foods have anything to do with our health Do these foods have anything to do with our health? Our group has done a survey among twenty students.

Survey 1、Do you eat your three meals on time each day? A Yes B No C No certain 2、Are you a picky eater? 3、Do you like eating fruits? A Yes B No C Others 4、Do you like eating junk food? A Yes B No 5、Do you eat with meat and vegetables? 6、Do you like eating fried food? 7、Do you like eating sweet food, like ice cream? 8、Do you like carbonated beverages?

From this survey…. Feedback Most students like eating junk food. Besides, many students don’t have three meals on time. They are also the picky eaters and don’t pay much attention to have a meal with meat and vegetables. All in all, most of students don’t have healthy habits.

What kinds of food can keep us healthy? How do they prevent us from being exposed to the diseases?

Healthy foods

Fruits and vegetables: As we all know, there are lots of Vitamins in them. It can help us defend against many diseases , such as cold, septicemia and so on. It is good for your health to eat more fruits and vegetables.

Soy foods : Soy nutrition is mainly reflected in its rich protein content. Essential amino acids are contained in soy and they are similar to animal protein, it also contains calcium, phosphorus, iron and other minerals that our body needs, vitamins Bl, B2 and cellulose. And soybean products are cholesterol-free, soy products can be used as a source of protein. Soy products are an important part of balanced diet.  

Dairy foods: High nutrient content of milk, milk is very rich in mineral species, in addition to our well-known outside of calcium, phosphorus, iron, zinc, copper, manganese and molybdenum content are many. The most unusual is that human milk is the best source of calcium and phosphorus ratio is very appropriate and conducive to the absorption of calcium

Meat: Meat is rich in protein, fat, minerals and so on. As we all know, protein plays an important role in our life. It is beneficial to our bodies’ metabolism. Besides, fat is important to us as well. It can provide us with energy , maintain body temperature and protect the internal organs, buffer to outside pressure. What’s more, the minerals are good for our bodies to keep the acid-base balance. So meat is an important part of our diet.

Conclusion Diet plays an important role in our health. Keeping a healthy diet is really good for us. So please keep a healthy diet from now on.
