Wild Rose Cleanse Wild Rose Cleanse Is it truly healthy?

The Program The liver takes part in hundreds of different bodily functions. Two of the most important of these are digestion and the elimination of wastes. There is no dairy, wheat or alcohol products allowed

Program Details This 15-day program includes: Biliherb (60 tablets; 2 tablets 2 times a day) Milk Thistle Plus (60 Vcaps; 2 Vcaps 2 times a day) C-Herbaplex (30 tablets; 1 tablet 2 times a day) Medicinal Ingredients include: Black radish root Milk thistle seeds Vitamin C Barberry root bark Dandelion root

If symptoms persist or worsen, consult a healthcare practitioner. Stop use and seek medical attention immediately if you experience dizziness, confusion, muscle weakness or pain, abnormal heart beat and/or difficulty breathing. Discontinue use if you develop symptoms of liver trouble. Hypersensitivity, such as an allergy, has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. If you experience any other adverse effects to any of the products in the Liv-Rejuv Program, discontinue taking them and consult your healthcare practitioner.

What’s it really like? Assistant editor of Chatelaine magazine, Dominique Lamberton tried the cleanse for 12 days, and had some slightly unexpected things happen, both good and bad. Day 1- 4- At first it was a little weird for her, as she usual had a breakfast consisting of toast, fruit, and yogurt, and since there was no wheat or dairy allowed, she had to fund replacements. So she went with a green juice delivery, berries, and black coffee. She thought it wasn’t going to be that bad, until the afternoon came around, and she described what was a fogginess that came over her. “Basically, I just felt out of it. I was also a little bit anxious in the evenings — my heart sped up a touch, and a mild tightness gripped my chest. Slightly wary of these symptoms, I consulted Google and read a number of reviews from others who’ve done the detox, and learned that I was not alone. People seemed to say that after day 5 it was smoother sailing.” (Dominique Lamberton, Chatelaine)

Getting into it Days 5-8- As she woke up the next morning, she exclaimed she felt more energized in the morning than she ever had, and when she went to a bar with some friends for a birthday, she had a lot of fun amongst her tipsy friends, with the benefit of not being hung over the next morning. She had also discovered new tasty recipes while experimenting in the kitchen with limited ingredients, and even kept some after she was done the 12 days Days 9-12- By now, she had completely gotten used to the diet, and was feeling great. She didn't’t feel the usual afternoon slump, and she said her jeans definitely felt a little looser. She enjoyed this diet, and was looking forward to doing it again, but not all the time.

In conclusion… Although some may experience drowsiness while there body warms up to the diet, it turns into a much greater, healthier feeling as the foods and tablets do their work. I may try this in later years, but I feel it wouldn't’t be healthy for a growing body like mine at the moment
