Emergency Control Plan Evacuation Procedure Responsibilities Employees Supervisors ERT Employees – turn off equipment, if possible Supervisors – check areas, ensure that all machines are turned off Supervisor or Senior Operator will do a head count ERT ensures that everyone evacuates building, delegates person to inform other residents in ajoining building ERT member and / or Production Supervisor and / or Site Manager will liaise with Emergency officals

Emergency Control Plan Power Failure What would you do? Emergency Lighting Turn off machine at main power panel, if possible Leave building through nearest exit Meet at evacuation area Do not enter until power is restored Emergency lighting should come on and will be on for approximately 20 mins
