Professional Growth Plans – Entering Goals ``During the 2013-2014 school year, students will improve their ability to analyze text critically and use textual based evidence in their writing. Students will improve their performance by one or more levels in both of these areas as evidenced by district common assessment and rubric. Furthermore, 80% of students will perform at the proficient level overall on the post-assessment.`` Save and Continue to the next goal. Teachers must input a minimum of 2 goals and a max of 5 Allow KDE to speak to Inputting goals

Professional Growth Plans – Entering Goals Select the Professional Goal that aligned with your self reflection. Save and Continue to the next goal. Teachers must input a minimum of 2 goals – a student growth goal and a personal/professional growth goal. The system allows for them to enter up to 5. Allow KDE to speak to Inputting goals

Viewing and Approving Professional Growth Plans - Admin Log out as a teacher and log back in as an administrator As an Administrator click on Professional Growth Plans to view and Approve teachers goals for the year

Viewing and Approving Professional Growth Plans - Admin Log out as a teacher and log back in as an administrator As an Administrator click on Professional Growth Plans to view and Approve teachers goals for the year When you open the Professional Growth Plans screen as an administrator you can see the number of teachers who have submitted Teachers who have submitted PGPlans will display in blue hyperlink. Click the link to view the PGP When approve is selected the teacher will receive a notification that their goals have been approved. Always click the teachers name first to view the Professional Goals

Viewing and Approving Professional Growth Plans - Admin Once approved a teacher can edit there PGP however this will have to be re submitted for approval. Click view details will allow a teacher to see all of the information that they entered for there PGP
