Accessibility at Brock University Accessibility is Provincial Law Ontario is the first province in Canada legislate accessibility

Accessibility at Brock University The role of the AODA Coordinator is to ensure that the University is compliant with the law, and that the university is inclusive.

Brock University legal obligations Accessibility at Brock is guided by the Human Rights Code and the freedom against discrimination that the code provides. The duty to provide accommodations upon request for Faculty, Students, staff, volunteers, and visitors. Proactive activities are guided by the Facility Accessibility Design Standard Manual for internal and public space.

Brock University legal obligations Ensuring training for staff, faculty, volunteers that is human rights based is provided to the community.
