Community Concessions on Industrial Products Chapter 1: Free Movement of Goods Article 34-36 SAA Article 20 Community Concessions on Industrial Products Customs duties on imports into the Community and charges having equivalent effect shall be abolished upon the entry into force of this Agreement on Industrial Products Originating in Montenegro. Quantitative restrictions on imports into the Community and measures having equivalent effect shall be abolished upon the entry into force of this Agreement on Industrial Products Originating in Montenegro. Montenegrin Concessions on Industrial Products Chapter 1: Free Movement of Goods Articles 34-36 – SAA Article 21 Montenegrin Concessions on Industrial Products Customs duties on imports into Montenegro of industrial products originating in the Community other than those listed in Annex I shall be abolished upon the entry into force of this Agreement. Charges having equivalent effect to customs duties on imports into Montenegro shall be abolished upon the entry into force of this Agreement on industrial products originating in the Community Customs duties on imports into Montenegro of industrial products originating in the Community which are listed in Annex I shall be progressively reduced and abolished in accordance with the timetable indicated in that Annex. Quantitative restrictions on imports into Montenegro of industrial products originating in the Community and measures having equivalent effect shall be abolished upon the date of entry into force of this Agreement. Duties and Restrictions on Exports Faster Reductions in Customs Duties Chapter 1: Free Movement of Goods Articles 34-36 – SAA Article 22 Duties and Restrictions on Exports The Community and Montenegro shall abolish any customs duties on exports and charges having equivalent effect in trade between them upon the entry into force of this Agreement. The Community and Montenegro shall abolish between themselves any quantitative restrictions on exports and measures having equivalent effect upon the entry into force of this Agreement. Article 23 Faster Reductions in Customs Duties Montenegro declares its readiness to reduce its customs duties in trade with the Community more rapidly than is provided for in Article 21 if its general economic situation and the situation of the economic sector concerned so permit. The Stabilization and Association Council shall analyze the situation in this respect and make the relevant recommendations. Project IPA 2011 Quality and Metrology Chapter 1: Free Movement of Goods Project IPA 2011 Quality and Metrology Through the National Project IPA 2011 Infrastructure of Quality and Metrology in Montenegro it is planned that national legislation will be analyzed in the aim of finding obsolete technical and other requirements for products that do not comply with the EU acquis. The necessity of the introduction of a clause on mutual recognition in certain regulations will be analyzed.
