Create Your Own Political Cartoon! We have viewed political cartoons dealing with issues in the Middle East. For your next assignment, YOU must design, create, and explain a political cartoon of your own. Here is what you must do: choose one controversial political or cultural issue, event, or conflict regarding the Middle East and draw an entertaining, informative, and coherent cartoon that does at least one of the following: Advocates an opinion or point of view on an issue. Intelligently makes fun of a particular point of view. Comments ironically on the events or actions of ME Your cartoon may have text included, but it is not a requirement. You must also hand in a one-paragraph explanation of the cartoon, explaining what you have drawn, what is symbolized by the images, and what your point of view (or bias) is. L I E
