The Challenge Year 5 or 6 Teams of 6 pupils form 1 business Each pupil becomes a manager and leads for 2 sessions Sales, Marketing, Finance, Events, Research, Production Set up a mini business Apply for (or receive) investment Work through business plan (company name, decide product, buy materials, make products, create adverts, sell to real customers etc.) Record all decisions in Business Journal

The Challenge Sell on a stall Compete for Awards Decided by School (internal or external event) Compete for Awards Most Innovative Product Business Team With The Highest Profit Manager Making The Most Positive Contribution Most Collaborative Team Best Business Stall
