Student Success and Support Program Description Enhances student access to Pierce College Fosters student success Core services: assessment, orientation, follow-up and counseling.

SSSP Plan: Strategies for Student Success Increased Support Services Student Engagement New Student Programs Counseling- SEP, continuing student support Student Engagement- mentoring, student involvement, New Student program- GO Days, FYE, summer bridge (Shared responsibility between instruction and student services, based on “evidenced-based” practices of what works): PD and English courses
