ENAGAS – TIGF Agreement Larrau Interconnection, November 2007 Commercialized capacity from France to Spain once Falces-Irurzun pipeline is in operation: 87 GWh/d Minimum guaranteed pressures at Larrau dependant on transit flow to Spain before Navarra compressor station is in operation. once Navarra compressor station is in operation. Mont and Navarra compressor station operation optimization (LACAL pipeline).

1) Before Navarra CS is in operation Minimum guaranteed pressures at Larrau dependant on transit flow to Spain 1) Before Navarra CS is in operation Calling Q the transit flow from France to Spain, Minimum guaranteed pressure P at Larrau dependant on Q will be: if Q  77 GWh/d  pressure P according to current Operation Manual and/or in case of operational difficulty, specific agreement between the TSOs, without affecting the approved nominations. if Q (77 ; 81,5] GWh/d  pressure P = 61 + 0,172*(Q-77) bar(a) if Q  (81,5 ; 87] GWh/d  in WINTER: pressure P = 61 + 0,172*(81,5-77)+0,05*(Q-81,5) bar(a) in SUMMER: pressure P = 61 + 0,172*(81,5-77- 0,141*(Q-81,5) bar(a)

1) Before Navarra CS is in operation (cont.) Minimum guaranteed pressures at Larrau dependant on transit flow to Spain 1) Before Navarra CS is in operation (cont.) CURRENT

2) Once Navarra CS is in operation Minimum guaranteed pressures at Larrau dependant on transit flow to Spain 2) Once Navarra CS is in operation Throughout 2008, ENAGAS and TIGF will define the relation pressure/flow at Larrau that optimizes Mont and Navarra compressor stations joint operation in order to operate the LACAL pipeline in the most efficient way for both compressor stations.
