Many Paths, One Future Internship Incentive Program Collaborative effort between the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development, the New Jersey Department of Education, and the Office of Higher Education. The shared goal of these three agencies is to ensure 65% of adults in New Jersey have a post-secondary degree or industry-valued credential by the year 2025. Currently, only 50.2% of the New Jersey workforce meets that criteria.

Many Paths, One Future Internship Incentive Program New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development has invested $1.5 Million to assist high school and college students in obtaining paid internships. New Jersey Department of Education has invested $189,000 to assist high school students in obtaining paid internships.
