What is Motivation? /ˌmōdəˈvāSH(ə)n/ noun. The general desire or willingness of a person towards an interest or activity Jessica states definition

Causes to Losing Motivation When things seem to not go your way Bad time management Loss in interest Lack of support Fear + Anxiety = Stress Trade off of bullet points For the last one, say “And the most relatable of them all is stress but what is stress?” Transition to next slide
