Choices Skip this section at the moment – you should wait and complete this after you have your AS results, A level or Vocational Predictions.

Now move on to ‘Education’ Select your school from the list. If you joined us for the Sixth Form you will need to add two schools You will have below honours degree level qualifications when you start your course

Get the dates right – The start date will depend on whether you have been with us since Year 7, but you will all finish in June 2017. You are all full time and you will all get qualifications! DON’T FORGET TO SAVE!!

Now click to begin adding your GCSEs

It is vital to choose the correct qualifications!! Use the drop down menus. Begin by choosing GCSE and GCSE short course.

Make sure you know the Awarding Body and the correct name of the qualification – always use the drop down menus

Some of you can also put in the details of qualifications you will receive in the future such as A levels or B/C Techs Mark the grade as ‘pending’ for now – you can put the actual grade in after the summer

Be very careful when entering your qualifications You should be able to find all qualifications taken at TGS in one of these links. If you have taken qualifications we don’t offer at a previous school, use the search facility

Btec/Ctec Level 3 Qualifications Mark the grade as ‘pending’. You will also be prompted to add a BTEC Registration Number – Ask your teacher or Mr Marshall(Exams officer) for this is you do not know it

Education You cannot mark this section as complete yet. You will return to it and complete once you have your results in the summer

Employment

When you have finished you can click on ‘View all details’ and check for mistakes

Research, Research, Research! Try to find out what percentage of graduates from the courses which interest you found employment, and what form did this employment take? If you struggle to find this information, telephone or email the university – by law they must publish this data.
