Ordering Management Program Archiving Program SAP Device App Process Summary Virtual Printer Ordering Management Program

Process Summary Files are processed in SAP and sent to print WinSert (virtual printing program) captures the print file and creates duplicate copies of the file Paper copy (for customer) PDF file (for the mobile device)

The PDF files are filed, with 2 available options: If the program knows which mobile device is designated for the file, it automatically sends the file to that device If the program does not know which mobile device is designated, the file will be sent to the ordering program for future distribution The Ordering Program has an app that enables moving pending files to specific devices and to see the signed or unsigned files on any given device The mobile Device App automatically collects the files relevant to that device the driver chooses the relevant document from the App for each customer upon arrival

There is an option to attach photos or comments to the signed documents: If the package was left at the door with no one to sign for it, the driver can take a photo of the package on the doorstep and attach it to the document If the package is defective, it can be photographed and attached to the file If there was only a partial delivery, the driver can add a comment that will pop up in the SAP system The GPS coordiantes can be attatched to the document After signing the document, the device autmatically uploads the document to the Smadar program for archiving The Smadar program recognizes the document code and automatically files the signed document and all attachments in the SAP attachment screen
