Penguins Penguins only live in Alaska and Antarctica. They lay at least 5 eggs a day. Penguins are included as a bird but can not fly. They eat fish, crabs, and many more. If they don’t live in temperatures of 10 degrees Fahrenheit they could die. The babies live with their parents until they can swim and hunt on their own. The population is decreasing because of global warming and pollution. Penguins have hair and birds have feathers. They can’t fly as birds can. The largest one is the emperor penguin.
