Endmill regrinding today is a very imprecise process Worn tools are collected in a manner that causes additional damage to the cutting edges, mixes manufacturers and requires error-prone manual sorting.

Why this is different. BlueSwarf technology with a balanced and concentric assembly ensures light and even tool wear from the first cut. Special handling and packaging prevents chipping edges and eliminates manual sorting. This allows us to remove less material to restore the tool to new condition and to maintain high performance. The SMART endmill is recycled to the original material supplier with full traceability of its metallurgic properties. No mixing of different grades.
