Graduation Requirements History (Wld Hist, US Hist, Govt, Econ) 3 yrs. English 4 yrs. Math (including Algebra 1) 2 yrs. Science ( Life and Physical) 2 yrs. Foreign Language 2 yrs. VPA 1 yr. PE 2 yrs. Electives 65 credits Must earn full credit in all required courses. TOTAL: 225 credits College entrance requirements are different than the high school graduation requirements, will discuss later in presentation.

Requirements: Top one-third (33%) of California high school graduates 23 campuses throughout the state Top one-third (33%) of California high school graduates Many Community College students transfer to a California State University Requirements: UC’s A-G requirements Grades of C or better SAT or ACT CSU minimum GPA to apply for admission is 2.0
University of California 10 campuses throughout the state Top 12% of High School Graduates ELC Program To be designated as ELC, a student must have completed 11 UC-approved courses prior to the start of senior year, and have a UC-calculated GPA that meets or exceeds the top 9 percent. Requirements: a- g Requirements Grades C or better SAT Reasoning and/or ACT w/ writing UC Minimum GPA to apply for admission is 3.0
