Trip Investigation Project Directions: Imagine that you have won the “Master Mathematican” award. Your prize is $2000, which will be used on a four day (three night) trip for two. All expenses of the trip must be planned, recorded on your check register, and cannot exceed the $2000 prize. Upon completion of your project, you will share your vacation plan with the class orally as a presentation. Design a four day trip (three nights) for two to a destination of your choice using your $2000. You may use a calculator and travel reference materials (e.g. websites, agencies, brochures, etc.) to plan all the cost of your trip.
