Debbie Weyl is the Manager, Building Efficiency with the WRI Ross Center for Sustainable Cities. She manages the Building Efficiency Accelerator, a global partnership to accelerate building energy efficiency in cities around the world. Prior to WRI, Debbie worked for CLASP and U.S. Department of Energy on energy efficiency programs in the United States and globally Curt Garrigan is the Cities and Buildings Programme Manager for the United Nations Environment Programme- Division of Technology, Industry and Economics in Paris, and has served as coordinator of the Sustainable Buildings and Climate Initiative (UNEP-SBCI). He also coordinates UNEP’s efforts to assist countries in developing NAMAs for the building sector. Bruno Gardner heads up the Carbon Trust’s involvement in the Low Carbon Workplace, a low-carbon property development partnership between the Carbon Trust, asset manager Columbia Threadneedle and developer Stanhope. The partnership acquires commercial office buildings and refurbishes them into modern, energy-efficient workplaces. Bruno also co-leads the Carbon Trust’s work on sustainable cities. Pekka Huovila coordinate the global 10YFP Sustainable Buildings and Construction Programme that Ministry of the Environment, Finland leads and RMIT University from Australia, UNEP and WGBC support as Co-Leads. Before this position I acted e.g. as a Key Account Manager and Principal Scientist for VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland developing EcoCity concept for emerging economies and developing countries Angie Fyfe is the Executive Director with ICLEI USA. Angie’s strategic vision for the organization is to create exceptional value for ICLEI local government members, partners, and funders by harnessing the power of the ICLEI network, its deep expertise and unique global role as the focal point for local governments in the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC)
