Fear and Trembling
Fear and Trembling Phobou and Tromou
Fear and Trembling Phobou and Tromou Fear and trembling reflect a healthy acceptance of human weakness which motivates one to seek the wisdom and honor of God.
1 Corinthians 2:1-5
1 Corinthians 2:1-5 “…For I resolved to know nothing while I was with you except Jesus Christ and Him crucified. I came to you in weakness and fear, and with much trembling (phobou and tromou). …”

“Make up your mind not to put any stumbling block or obstacle in your brother’s way. … If your brother is distressed because of what you eat (drink), you are no longer acting in love. … Do not allow what you consider good to be spoken of as evil.” (Romans 14:13-16)
Love God with all your heart and love others as Jesus loves you Love God with all your heart and love others as Jesus loves you. Matthew 22:37-39
Love God with all your heart and love others as Jesus loves you Love God with all your heart and love others as Jesus loves you. Matthew 22:37-39 “In humility consider others better than yourselves.” (Philippians 2:3)
Verse 14 – “Do everything without complaining or arguing.”
The Israelites proved that a critical attitude, a discontent spirit, gets us nowhere.
