Sissejuhatus Magnetiliselt indutseeritud superresolutsioon (MSR) on meetod tõstmaks andmete tihedust magnet-optilistel ketastel 3 põhilist meetodit: FAD front aperture detection (eesmise ava meetod) RAD rear aperture detection (tagumise ava meetod) CAD center aperture detection (keskse ava meetod)

Lahendus? Kasutame ühte mikroskoopias tuntud nippi ja paigutame ketta pinna lähedale katiku koos avaga, mille diameeter on väiksem kui fokuseeritud laserkiirel. Antud süsteem lubab meil vaadelda süsteemi, mille mõõtmed on väiksemad kui

Maski tekitamine Mask tekib valguslaigu tagumises osas (kihi temperatuur on seal kõige kõrgem ja peab ületama ümberlülituseks vajaliku temperatuuri) Tekib nn eesmine ava “pinhole”, mis on väiksem valguslaigu enda diameetrist ja see võimaldab lugeda väiksemaid andmepunkte

FAD Tuleb kasutada vähemalt rohkem kihte erinevate Tc-de ja Hc-dega Lugemiskihis tekitame kindla ümber-magnetiseerimise ning moodustame maski salvestus- ning ümberlülituskiht hoiavad infot ja taastavad selle lugemiskihis

2kihiline RAD Ava piiratud kuumutatud alaga Lugemiskihi info kustutatakse esialgse väljaga Hini enne lugemist Poolkuukujuline ala töötab maskina

4kihiline RAD Kõige rohkem kasulikku tõotab 4kihiline RAD süsteem Kahemaskiline süsteem tõotab paremat lahutust

CAD 2kihiline ketas Horisontaalkomponent töötab maskina Vertikaalkomponent kannab infot Omadused: + ei vaja algset magnetvälja + tõotab suuremat tihedust - signaal/müra suhe vajab parandamist

Tegelik tulevik ?? HVD = holographic versatile discs 30 GB versatile card = 0.87$ => ca 340x odavam Gb kohta 30 GB on algus... Suurim miinus = r/w seade = 102346 EEK ja r seade 20469 EEK!

HVD These discs have the capacity to hold up to 3.9 terabytes (TB) of information, which is approximately 6,000 times the capacity of a CD-ROM, 830 times the capacity of a DVD, 160 times the capacity of single-layer Blu-ray Discs, and about 48 times the capacity of standard computer hard drives as of 2006. The HVD also has a transfer rate of 1 gigabit/s. Optware was expected to release a 200 GB disc in early June 2006, and Maxell in September 2006 with a capacity of 300 GB and transfer rate of 20 MB/s [3] [4]. Since the announcement, there have been no further news or products on market.
