ZINC is a mineral that helps cells reproduce, preserve vision and boost immunity. IRON is another mineral that is important for healthy blood. Liver and green veggies are good sources of iron. COPPER is the mineral involved in the absorption, storage and metabolism of iron. It is found in the blood bound to proteins.
