Institute Brain= Zero Application. Number of research (More Than 6 Lakh Research Study Per Year) is more but commercialization of research is very less. Will Industry is Wrong?

Introduction The real requirement of industry will be explored only through effective interaction with them. The industry is poised to face Global competion,unemployment & underemployment. A good & vibrant Industry institute Interaction is always required by both sides.

Why III is required? For Benefits to Industry For Benefits to Institute For Benefits to Government (More Than 2000 Million Rs Grant to researcher) For Benefits to Students For Benefits to Industry staff and faculty.

OBJECTIVES Use of resources from industries and the institute for benefit of industries, students and society. (Like, We have MOU with Syngene laboratory, Om laboratory) Making available Institute infrastructural facilities to the industries and vice versa. (Specially for SSI Unit). Creation of Industries Institute Expertise Database. Training and the knowledge update through faculty exchange. Joint R&D activities . (Academic Project- take Industry Problems) Enhancement in use of testing facilities for industries. Short term courses for manpower development for industries and curriculum update.

Activity Based Learning Make a Pair of Students. One Students from Pair receives paper sheet for benefits to industry for III. And other student receives paper sheet for benefits to institute for III. 10 Minute Time for completing this activity. Then there is 5 minute of discussion with pair students. Student will explain their respective topic to pair students respectively.

Activity Based Learning Individual Exercise. One response sheet given to all the students. Response sheet about certain reasons for poor industry institute interaction. Along with this response sheet, certain pictures/images is given to students which are clues for poor industry institute interaction. Student can refer this clue and write a response in given sheet.
