Criteria of Selection: Rule and regulations of the Department of Basic Education is implementing the teacher recruitment ,promotion and deployment system .

Problems or Difficulties in PRESET System: Pre-service Teacher Training course requires professional development and Administrative capacity. Bloc teaching more than conducted with nearby schools. Resources: Education Colleges lack of infrastructure, technology, resource persons and ICT equipment. Program/Contents: Strengthening the education management, curriculum reform, pedagogic knowledge and skills. Implementing process: Trainees have very limited supervision , feedback or guidance. Evaluation: Current system is also needed quality assurance system , continuous professional development and achievement of learning outcomes.

My Expectation of Training in Japan acquire ways of teaching and learning , curriculum designing , teaching skills, management, knowledge and experiences sharing the knowledge and experiences with other participants Learn the component of teacher education and training Japanese education system Learn the difficulties of Japanese culture and others gain the innovative teaching learning performance of the Japanese schools.
