A: An eGift card is declined if you try to redeem more than the value of the card, or if any of the redemption information is mis-typed. Start the transaction over with the correct value and redemption information. Call 650-564-4438 x3 if you need help. Q: Does the eGift card function as a ‘pre-paid’ credit card regarding automatic tipping hold-backs? A: No. The eGift Card can be redeemed for the full value when entering it into the payment system. Q: Since the eGift Card is like a MasterCard, can it be redeemed anywhere? A: No. eGift Cards can only be redeemed at your business. Q: Where can customers buy our gift cards? A: eGift Cards are available for purchase on Your website. Q: How are our eGift cards delivered? A: Customers can send them via email, text, or Twitter instantly. eGift Card recipients will receive monthly eReminders of the gift card. Q: Is there a fee to purchase our eGift Cards?
