Peer Health Educators (PHE) SDSU PHE Website Qualifications for involvement: Have completed 60 units or working toward 60 units during your first semester as a PHE Ability to commit to a minimum of 2 consecutive semesters to the PHE Program before graduating (one semester for training and at least one for active participation in the program) Completion of a successful PHE interview Earned a passing grade in the PHE program training course Interested in Peer Health Education? Complete the Peer Health Educator Application

Obtain a NUTR 499 form from the ENS Administrative window Meet with a tenured or tenure-track NUTR faculty member to arrange responsibilities, units, and the written assignment Turn in the signed form to the ENS Administrative window Pick up the 499 form with the add code Register for 499 by the schedule adjustment deadline on January 30th You must be added from the waitlist by the instructor in the second week of schedule adjustments (they won’t be staying up for the 11:59pm deadline)
