Mouse OBK (Serial section) LYVE-1 VEGF-C Figure S3. Expression of lymphatic endothelial hyaluronan receptor-1 (LYVE-1)-positive lymphatic vessels was associated with vascular endothelial growth factor-C (VEGF-C) expression in the mouse renal cortex of obstructed kidneys (OBK). Pictures show representative renal cortical areas in consecutive sections of wild-type mouse OBK. LYVE-1-positive lymphatic vessels were observed near VEGF-C expression which was prominent in renal tubules and infiltrating cells. Scale bars = 50 μm. Supplementary Figure S3
