Tool maker must following customer’s design, if there something need to be changed, need to confirm with customer first. Dimension report will be consisted after sample finished.

FOT Quality requirement Dimension Product’s shape and structure must fully meet 3D product data Critical dimension should be in spec. 2 . Visual Quality No serious unacceptable defect on visual surface, like sink mark, flow mark, welding line etc., no unacceptable flash on main parting surface Whole aesthetic quality (visible surfaces’ quality) is OK 3 . Process . Molding process should be optimized. Molding process parameters can be provided. Cycle time meet target.
