ECCF Learning Action Masters Work Opportunity

I will try not to bore you all with details of my journey but here is a brief highlights reel…… Accident and Emergeny staff nurse Early Clinical Careers Fellow Started a Masters in clinical practice Nurse practitioner in frailty (Band 6) Non-medical prescriber Advanced nurse practitioner in frailty (Band 7) Spoke at conferences for the RCN Assisted Healthcare improvement Scotland with national improvement work on frailty Final year of masters and ECCF!!!!

Warning in advance I sound proper Fife!! I have also been working with NHS Fife and Healthcare Improvement Scotland on the development of a national frailty screening tool and wider roll out of the TIME bundle for delirium management. It has been a challenging 2 years It has been a challenging 2 years! There have been times when I wanted to quit. My amazing, kind, supportive and inspirational action learning set have kept me motivated and sane. They are such a great support and have really helped me over the last 2 years! Thank you so much!!!! I feel so fortunate to have had these opportunities and to have met so many amazing people. I doubt I would be doing any of the things I am doing now if it wasn’t for ECCF- I am very lucky and proud to be an ECCF Fellow.

Enough about me!!! Hope you are all still awake! I just wanted to say well done to the ECCF 2014 group on finishing the programme and best of luck for the future!!! Congratulations!!!!!!!!!
