1) Vocabulary Story– Refer to your vocabulary notes and complete the story. 2) Article 3 “There is no Need to Create New Censorship Laws Specifically for the Internet” Review your annotations and highlight evidence that is “Pro” censorship pink and evidence “Con” (against) censorship yellow. Next, record the evidence in the appropriate column of the prewriting Pros & Cons page in your argument packet. Cite where the evidence came from with a 3 or 4. 3) Fahrenheit 451 Note Card - On the paper provided, include the following items: 1 point – Correct MLA Heading on the back of the paper 2 points - The novel title and author on the front of the paper 4 points - One quote that includes an example of figurative language including citation 4 points - One quote that describes one of the current settings including citation 4 points - One quote that describes a character or animal in the novel including citation 5 points - At least one detailed and colored picture of one of the three quotes total points 20 4) Article 4 “The Value of Censorship” review your annotations and highlight evidence that is “Pro” censorship pink and evidence “Con” (against) censorship yellow.
