Attended by the responsible persons from Italy, Greece and France.

Activities since last PMB vidyo meeting Task 5.1: Code of Conduct Proposed set-up of CoC sent to IB In the future: annex to Memorandum of Understanding or part of bylaws of KM3NeT ERIC Working on text of CoC (examples CERN CoC) Task 5.2+5.3: Personal data in KM3NeT data base Received permission of IB for extension of personal data in the data base Cristiano and Kay have prepared the extension (thanks!) A ‘disclaimer’ about the use of personal data has been provided  IB has been asked for approval Who is legally responsible (i.e. possibly facing a lawsuit) What is the reference regulation (the EU one just states rules for governments to set up local laws), e.g. French law. Which tribunal is to be addressed in case of controversy.

Activities since last PMB vidyo meeting Task 5.3: Activities for alumni In consultation with Paschal, alumni activity postponed until the ‘end of ANTARES-event’ next year. Enquiry filled in by some alumni, who left KM3NeT recently Email list for alumni has been set up Technical preparations for a Linkedin account / group have been taken Task 5.1+5.2+5.3: Task groups Request has been sent to IB: suggestions for senior representatives of KM3NeT partners for 3 task groups.

Composition task groups Task group 1 (Code of Conduct): Senior KM3NeT scientists and representatives of the HR departments of KM3NeT partners Task group 2 (GEP): Representatives of the KM3NeT management, female KM3NeT scientists & gender equality or diversity officers of Partner’s organisations Task group 3 (Alumni & career development): KM3NeT staff (supervisors of PhD students), PhD students and representative KM3Net alumni

Role task groups Task group 1 (Code of Conduct): Task group 2 (GEP): Discuss on content of CoC, the implementation and dissemination plan and check of content of CoC with national rules and legislation Task group 2 (GEP): Advice on content of GEP, the implementation and dissemination plan and check content of GEP with nation rules and legislation Task group 3 (Alumni & career development): Advice on the recommendations for assessing the impact of KM3NeT on the professional careers of KM3NeT alumni
