Tennessee 7th Grade Science Standards Flow of Matter and Energy SPI 0707.3.1 Compare the chemical compounds that make up the reactants and products of photosynthesis and respiration. SPI 0707.3.2 Interpret a diagram to explain how oxygen and carbon dioxide are exchanged between living things and the environment. Heredity SPI 0707.4.1 Classify methods of reproduction as sexual or asexual. SPI 0707.4.3 Describe the relationship among genes, chromosomes, and inherited traits.

For this game, you will break into teams of 5-6 students For this game, you will break into teams of 5-6 students. The game will begin with question 1. The team that answers the question correctly can then pick which question is next. Throughout the game there are action buttons at the bottom of each slide. When the button is clicked, you are sent to the pervious slide. The button sends to the Game board. After reviewing the answer, the button also sends to the Game board. First, print score card and then start game. This game board is quite simple. The green leafs will be number from 1- 20. Have fun! Directions

Question 3 What does living mean?

Living means being alive Answer 3 Living means being alive

Question 4 Is Grass living thing?

Yes, because uses oxygen and also water to grow. Answer 4 Yes, because uses oxygen and also water to grow.

Question 5 What does nonliving mean?

Answer 5 It is not living.

Question 6 How is a leaf on the ground nonliving thing?

Answer 6 It is nonliving because of the lack of water and nutrients by damaged root system.

Question 7 What are different variations in ducks?

Answer 7 The sex of the bird, its age, seasonal changes caused by molting, or genetic variation.

Question 8 How is respiration important to human?

Answer 8 It is important because without respiration your body wouldn’t have any energy to carry out life function.

Question 9 What is the purpose of respiration?
