Ontario University Applications Students will need OUAC PIN # to create account. Deadline to apply: January 17, 2018 $150 fee for first 3 program choices. $50 for each additional choice. Any time, beyond the initial 3, that you add an additional choice there is a $50 fee, unless you withdraw a choice and then add another choice at the same institution. What information do Colleges & Universities base decisions on? Colleges & Universities have access to final grades from Gr. 11 courses and completed Gr. 12 courses from 2016-2017 school year. In addition: Ontario Colleges Prerequisite courses & average as prescribed by program Sem 1 Midterm & Final, Sem 2 Midterm & Final Supplementary Application Items (Portfolio, entrance tests, etc).
