Students with Identified Exceptionalities Transition Resource Guide for Students with Disabilities - Transition to Post-Secondary Education

Ontario University Applications Students will need OUAC PIN # to create account. Deadline to apply: January 17, 2018 $150 fee for first 3 program choices. $50 for each additional choice.
