Ontario Colleges Deadline for equal consideration: February 9, 2018 Supplementary application deadlines after February 9, 2018 (vary by school and program) $95.00 fee for 5 programs, with no more than 3 programs from any one school. Deadline to Confirm Offers of Admission: May 1, 2017

Students with Identified Exceptionalities Transition Resource Guide for Students with Disabilities - Transition to Post-Secondary Education

Ontario University Applications Students will need OUAC PIN # to create account. Deadline to apply: January 17, 2018 $150 fee for first 3 program choices. $50 for each additional choice. Any time, beyond the initial 3, that you add an additional choice there is a $50 fee, unless you withdraw a choice and then add another choice at the same institution. Supplementary applications due after January 17 Deadline to hear from Universities: May 29, 2018 Earliest deadline to confirm Offers of Admission: June 1, 2017

The following schools request an OUAC reference code as part of their application. What information do Colleges & Universities base decisions on? Colleges & Universities have access to final grades from Gr. 11 courses and completed Gr. 12 courses from 2016-2017 school year. In addition: Ontario Colleges Prerequisite courses & average as prescribed by program Sem 1 Midterm & Final, Sem 2 Midterm & Final Supplementary Application Items (Portfolio, entrance tests, etc). Ontario Universities 6 4U/4M courses including prerequisite courses Marks: Sem 1 Final, Sem 2 Midterm & Final Supplementary Application Items (e.g. PSE, SE, Portfolio)

You will need: SIN for both student AND parent Parent’s Tax Return/Notice of Assessment Photo ID Banking information (Bank #, Transit #, Account #) Starting in the 2017-18 school year, you can receive up to: $13,260, if you are a full-time single student $22,440, if you are a married student or sole-support parent Free tuition if your parents earn $50,000 or less per year, and you’re going to study full-time
