Fig. 1 Laryngeal View Classification. Grading based on laryngoscopy is as follows: Grade 1: most of glottis is visible. Grade 2: only the posterior portion of the glottis is visible. Grade 3: no portion of the glottis is visible, but epiglottis is visible. This intubation is often difficult using standard techniques.
