Age-Diverse Workforce Management for HR Managers Course title Age-Diverse Workforce Management for HR Managers HR managers, after attending this course will be equipped with all needed skills, knowledge and competence, in order to meet current and emerging workplace demands with regards to age-diverse workforce management. During the course, learners will learn how to: Learning Unit 1 Identify and foster the existing age diversity in the workplace - carry out a diagnosis of the current situation. Implement enterprise age diversity activities/management policies/ action plan which enables the promotion of existing generational diversity and its benefits. Identify and distinguish different generational age groups. Apply age management skills to manage the workplace. Use age diversity in the workplace to better a company or organization Show leadership by acting in accordance with good age diverse practices. Apply age diversity good practices in recruiting, training and raising awareness. Use good practices as a way to manage a workplace effectively. Recognise good work while applying age diverse management practices. Use age management policies effectively. EQF level 5 - 6

Conduct actions to foster and build collaboration among the different generations at work. Provide support to solve problems related to multi-generational team. Work and/or manage an age-diverse team, while fostering multi-generational collaboration. Use open communication to break through age-related stereotypes and promote best practices. Promote interaction between employees from different generations. Use good age related management practices to improve the workplace while leading by example. Promote informal communication between age diverse groups in order to foster acceptance and diversity EQF level 5 - 6

Settle age related conflicts in an effective and age diversity respecting manner. Understand career plans for different age groups. Use employee retention practices effectively in an age-diverse workplace. Understand workplace safety and health regulation, in order to make effect decisions about workplace health and safety. EQF level 5 - 6
