What You Will Need For This Class Your merit badge pamphlet - Answers to most questions are in the merit badge pamphlet. Worksheet - Write all answers on your worksheet. Write neatly. The Constitution gives us the foundation for all laws in the U.S. It was written in 1787 by Constitutional Convention. It went into effect March 4, 1789. The Constitution includes: The Preamble Seven Articles The Bill of Rights (first 10 amendments) Amendments (amendments 11-27) The US Constitution
