Bindapur Bengalee Welfare Association Bindapur Bengalee Welfare Association who is organizing this huge event from last 10 years in Bindapur only and is getting a good response from the people. So each year they are also promoting the skills by hosting different competitions like drawing competition , dance performances , dhunuchi naach etc We are organizing the events that are very much social centered and has a basic idea of communal togetherness. Last year we compeleted our 10 years The events that BBWA organizes are : Durga Puja (AnnualIy) Kali Puja / Shyama Puja(AnnualIy) Saraswati Puja (AnnualIy) Blood Donation Camps Sports meet Exposition

Plan for Puja and sponsorship requirements: 1.We will be promoting the company by posting the different posters and addressing us in them as “Sponsored by So and so” as before puja they paste the posters at different. 2.On invitation cards, we can add a logo of the company as Sponsored by So and so. 3.We will be promoting Company on larger Scale 4.As this association is a group of the workers of the Doordarshan Kolkata and some local shopkeepers so we can ask them to paste the posters of us in there shops etc 5.We will be able to spread us in one community by posting the posters on their site and all 6.We invite some of the best artists from Kolkata like Fossils etc. so they will also be promoting the company by sharing their experiences back home 7. We can organize the special lecture for the company to promote the word of a company. 8. We can organize some company specific competitions as well as the events that interest the company also. 9. The company that will going to sponsor us will also be featured in our annual Souvenier / Magazine
