Please include a photo of yourself CASE STUDY I have to over come challenges every day in my job. Given the dynamic nature of the business that we operate in, it is inevitable that things sometimes do not go to plan or sadly sometimes go completely wrong. The main thing to do is to remain positive, take the learning's from what went wrong and make sure that they do not happen again. Resilience is a key strength to have – showing determination in the face of a setback drives positivity in your team – if we never fall, we would never learn. True leaders rise from a fall…. My biggest piece of advise would be to always remain optimistic, positivity will always motivate your team. No one in life is perfect, but it does take a resilient person to quickly get back up again. I joined Tesco in 2008 on the Stores Graduate Scheme. Having started out in our Metro format stores as a line manager, after a year I became a Personnel Manager and within three months I was a Deputy Store Manager and three months after that, at the age of 24, I became a Store Manager, making me the youngest female Store Manager in our business. I now manage the Tesco Bishops Stortford Superstore and won the Tesco Rising Stars Store Manager of the year award for 2014.
