Mustang panther stadium Construction Package “B” Update Bids received on October 12th Bids not received for every trade Meeting held with Lee Lewis, GCISD and Huckabee on 10/18 to discuss bids Subcontractors and bids still not fully scoped Lee Lewis continuing to verifying other bids and checking for overlap in bids between Packages “A” & “B” Lee Lewis is also investigating the cost reduction and possible schedule impact, if any, to return to the original design of cast-in-place concrete for the retaining walls in lieu of pre-cast, as well as other cost saving measures

Multipurpose activity centers - CHHS Structural steel frame installation is underway

Multipurpose activity centers - CHHS Roof system framing installation began on 10/19 and will continue through this next week

Multipurpose activity centers - GHS Curbs have been modified per district request

Multipurpose activity centers - GHS The grade beams at various locations are complete and backfilling is on-going

Multipurpose activity centers - GHS Section 1 structural steel framing installation has begun. Roof system framing is on site and ready for installation

ADDITIONS AND RENOVATIONS - TES Timberline Elementary School Update Open punch-list items in renovation areas on-going. Scheduled for completion by end of the week, with the exception of the new drawers being made for the millwork. Manufacturer required letter from district was provided and door hardware has been released for shipment. Installation of occupancy sensor 3-way switches is on-going. GCISD has verified that all security cameras are on-line and programmed correctly. New serving counter in kitchen has been installed. Missing pendant fixtures replaced, fixtures in hard ceilings scheduled to be replaced over Thanksgiving Break. Head-in/intercom replacement complete

Installation of 3-way switches is ongoing in Admin. area, scheduled completion by end of the week. Electric consultant has been on-site to evaluate “dark” lighting in Admin area. Light fixture change to be issued for these areas. GCISD has verified that all security cameras are on-line and programmed correctly.

ADDITIONS AND RENOVATIONS - HMS Heritage Middle School Update Punch-list items scheduled to be complete by end of the week, with the exception of new drawers for casework in Learning Commons & Admin. area. Head-in/intercom replacement complete. Tech Hub Glass arrival scheduled for 10/26/17, installation yet to be scheduled. New windscreen for tennis courts scheduled for installation over Thanksgiving Break. Chiller has been replaced, pumps scheduled for replacement over Winter Break due to amount of work required. Thanksgiving break is not sufficient time.
