IMPORTANT: for preparing the presentations, we are planning a series of meetings with the WP leaders/participants to decide and agree how to organize the work and the presentations. Thursday afternoon: - Restricted session with all the Institute Representatives and WPs leaders to discuss the project governance, activities and time schedule (formation of all the official bodies for governance). 9
