Enroll dates for new school year Enroll new students for Willow Brook and Preschool as of the year round school calendar schedule start date. (not attendance start date) Enroll new students for all other schools as of the traditional school calendar schedule start date. (not attendance start date) Returning students will be mass enrolled with these enrollment dates.

No Show Date Willow Brook and Preschool No Show Date is the year round school calendar first day of attendance. All other schools No Show Date is the traditional school calendar first day of attendance.

Enrollment Codes for the start of school year E1 - Enrolling from out-of-state. E – Enrolling from home school or a private school in Tennessee. All students enrolled in Oak Ridge on the last day of school of the previous school year are mass enrolled as an “E”. TR – Transferring from another district in Tennessee or if the student is transferring from another school in Oak Ridge that they were enrolled in on the last day of the previous school year (middle school to middle school or elementary to elementary).

How long do I use the schedule start date as the enroll date? Enroll a student with the schedule start date until the first day of attendance according to your school calendar.

What if I enroll the student and they decide not to attend? If a student enrolls for the first time in your school and decides not to attend, please send me an e-mail requesting that the student be deleted from your Skyward database.

What if a Cross Boundary Student decides to move out of Oak Ridge? If a student is enrolling in your school on a cross boundary and decides to move out of Oak Ridge, send me an e-mail so I can delete them from your school and edit withdrawal code at their previous school.

What if a Cross Boundary student decides to stay in their district? If a student is enrolling in your school on a cross boundary and decides to stay in their school of district send me an e-mail so I can delete them from your school and delete their withdrawal from their previous school.

What if a student is a NO SHOW and not a cross boundary? If a student is a NO SHOW (not a cross boundary student) withdraw them on the first day of attendance for your school calendar.

What if I discover a NO SHOW after the first date of attendance. If you find out after the first date of attendance that a student has not attended class, withdraw them as of the first date of attendance for your school calendar.
