Presentation transcript:

Eldene Nursery and Primary School - Homework Activities Year 5 Term 2 Read at least 5 times a week and write in your diary. Go on RM Easimaths every week to practise your maths skills. Design a poster that contains a war time message. Increase your heart rate! Do some exercise and tell us about it! Do something kind for someone else. Spread a smile! Do your maths homework each week. Make a WWII recipe and eat it! Bring in a photo! Practise for the Times Table Tiger. Dress up as an Evacuee. Make a ‘gas mask’ box and a label. Bring your costume to school on 4.12.17. Record how many hours you sleep each night for 1 week and how you feel the next day. Make a model of a WWII aeroplane or of a shelter. Imagine that you are an evacuee. You can take one book with you to your new home. Which would it be, and why? As evidence of your homework, you can bring in photographs, drawings, writing, models or work on a memory stick. Be as creative as you can! We look forward to seeing at least six pieces of wonderful homework on Monday 4th December.
