From last week… The bible describes three kinds of peace: Peace with God, gained for believers through the blood of Christ. Peace within ourselves, the result of the correct focus on God and obedient living. Peace with others, the result of resolving conflict God’s way.

From last week… God’s nature is characterized by peace, and He is the source of peace. Peace is a gift from God to those who follow Him. God commands us to seek and pursue peace. God favors the peaceful and promises to bless them.

From last week… The biblical concept of peace means to be completed or joined with that which makes us whole. It infers that we are incomplete without God.
