What can we do when a conversation stalls or we want more information?

What’s the problem? What’s not the problem? What is the problem (what do you see that is not helping the conversation)? What’s not the problem (what do you see that is helping the conversation to work)?

Imagine that you are the interviewer Imagine that you are the interviewer. What could you say to the interviewee to get him to share more details about his experiences? Brainstorm phrases and questions that would draw more detail in conversation. .
