A Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion “Human rights: a reality for all” Global Law Firm A Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion LEADRS Looking for Excellence and Advancement of Attorneys with Disabilities at Reed Smith The group was originally created as our Disability Task Force in 2012 and was inspired by the London Paralympics with the aim to identify and implement best practice in attracting, recruiting and retaining talent with disabilities LEADRS assists the firm in establishing policies, resources and procedures for people with disabilities globally Setting targets and timeframe

A Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion “Human rights: a reality for all” Global Law Firm A Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion Mindset change with pipeline of new joiners with disabilities Changes in accessibility, technology and the introduction of a new passport system for all individuals. Updated on an ongoing basis, the aim is to ensure that new joiners have a smooth transition once they change teams Partnering with various clients and external organisations on offering work experience to aspiring lawyers with disabilities. Also partnering with bodies such as The Law Society of England & Wales.
