What the sga needs from you! Constant up to date list of officers of your executive committees/board This allows us to know who should have admin access to your clubs or organizations on campus. Each club president is given access to his or her organization’s page as an “organization administrator.” Organization Administrators have the access to their entire clubs account of Presence Create events Edit Members ETC.

Search Your Organization DISCLAIMER: They will not have the option “Create User” - They will have two options: Create Event or Form - Once you log in, you will be directed to the above page, click “Manage” then “Organizations”.  Upon doing so, simply search for your organization in the search bar.
