Beginning the Application

Sign in using your log-in information

On the main page, locate the CEP icon and click on it

Click on Add New

Now your school has a NEW CEP Application

Review of Status Definitions

Click the number in the edit column to open your blank application

Complete CEP Cover Page – necessary contact information and signatures

You can complete the application as a chapter or as individual sections but not both

Unduplicated student enrollment number

Next we have certifications – but we will revisit them in a moment!

List one major activity for each component and 2-3 essential elements that student’s developed.

Once completed, click save

Now that we have entered information and are ready to submit Level 1 – we need to certify that the information is accurate Chapters do not submit any paperwork or documentation for the activities or the 6 indicators

Once certifications are in place, click on Submit Application If required information is missing, you will receive an error message

Type SUBMIT in the box and then click on confirm

No longer able to edit Level 1 Status has changed to Quality – met the standard so automatic SD and Advisor receive an email of congratulations & next steps Level 2 is now open for you

You can print a PDF of your Level 1 Application
