Gaps Consistency: questions across job openings Efficiency: questions setup and questions related to qualifications Efficiency: required quals points Compliance: jobcodes can be used before profiles are set up Compliance: quals and questions can change after requisition is opened Consistency: jobcode changes don’t wipe out prior quals Consistency: quals don’t automatically show on posting

Customizations Linking questions to qualifications (JPM_CAT_ITEMS save post change) Automatically pull in questions when quals are pulled in Required qualifications automatically knock out Edit to make sure profile is set up for the jobcode used on the req Lock qualifications and questions after requisition is opened Jobcode changes wipe out prior quals Automatically populate posting with quals Refresh posting information when quals change

Results Mixed Automatically screened out 153K during first half of 2017 Only about 10% of our applications 119K still screened out for these same quals by recruiters 14% assessment testing screens out 38% desired quals screen out 9% we cancel req, 11% they drop out, 4% we hire 3% we hire on another req

Learnings Layers are good: some people prevaricate Assessment testing’s value: self-selection tool Vanilla data structures, flavored peoplecode Custom packages
