TERMS & CONDITION 1:- Franchisee Fee: Franchisee fee is non refundable and is for the term of the agreement. 2:- Profit Share: Profit Sharing of 60:40 in favor if the franchisee on gross profit basis. 3:- Business Ownership: Business ownership lies with the franchise partner. 4:- Recruitment: Recruitment will be done by the franchisee as per the job descriptions given by MMT. 5:- Training: The training is to be given by MMT at a regional hub or in centrally. 6:- Internal Branding: Cost of interiors will be completely borne by the franchisee which will include the internal store destination pictures, furniture and flooring etc. The furniture shall be procured from the MMT approved vendor 7:- Marketing Activities: Launch of the store will be done by MMT within a specific budget which will not be more than 25% of the franchisee fee paid to MMT.

Dosa Plaza was incorporated in 1998 and since its inception had understood the importance of being a Franchising Company. The first Dosa Plaza outlet was opened in Vashi, Navi Mumbai and today the company has established itself across 12 states in India and is spearing speedily into the international market.  The company’s strategy is clearly franchise-oriented and has valued its franchisee partners as its own team.
